30-Day Refund & FREE Replacement Policy

The following situations are covered by our 30-Day Full Refund or Free Replacement Policy.

If your request is approved, you do not need to return the original item.

Eligible situations include:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or unusable.
  • You receive the wrong product or an item that differs significantly from what you ordered.
  • Your personalized information (such as names, dates, or custom text) was printed incorrectly due to our error.
  • Your package is lost during transit or arrives with missing items.

Situations Not Covered

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Incorrect personalization details, product selection, size, or shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or intentionally damaged after delivery.
  • Change of mind, personal preference, or ordering mistakes involving customized products.

Because every personalized item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to manufacturing or fulfillment errors.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these simple steps:

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product received
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package

Step 3

Our support team will review your request as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we'll arrange either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Estimated processing times are:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • PayPal: Typically 3–5 business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
